Beirut Pride offers you numerous ways to support our activities and projects. We will provide you with a safe workspace, free from discrimination, disrespect, and discouragement, in which you get to receive guidance, attend trainings, learn, and be a co-worker with consideration for personal preference, temperament, education, and experience. We would love to hear from you, discuss your opinions and assist you climb the ladder of organizing Beirut Pride. In recognition for the hard work you’ll do, the time you’ll put in, and the help you’ll give, we need you to be sure you truly want to dedicate your time and effort, to think of the services you offer and the value they are going to add, to be receptive to learning and to criticism, to be honest and bring matters to us rather than bad mouthing. Our code of conduct exists to ensure a pleasurable experience to everyone, and for this it is important you ask questions to clarify things you don’t understand.
